During an unexpected flight to Shanghai, I found myself stuck in customs without printed flight or hotel details; which was required, otherwise "thou shall not pass."
Wi-Fi, data, or computers were inaccessible. I was fortunate to have the documents downloaded onto my Android phone prior to departure, and a dual USB drive that could be plugged directly into their printer - Thankfully!
The couple behind me, relying on their iPhones, weren't so fortunate (and sadly I couldn't help).
